I’m not tech-savvy. Can you still help me with systems and automation?
Absolutely. We specialize in simplifying tools and workflows for busy founders. You don’t need to be technical — we handle setup, explain things clearly, and keep everything easy to manage.
What types of tools or platforms do you work with?
We work with a wide range of tools like Notion, Airtable, Trello, ClickUp, Google Workspace, CRMs like HubSpot and Zoho, and automation tools like Zapier or Make. If you’re already using something, we’ll work with that — or suggest the right fit based on your needs.
Will I need to build a new system from scratch?
Not necessarily. If you already have tools or systems in place, we can work with them. Improving what’s there, connecting the gaps, and helping everything run more efficiently. Starting from scratch is only an option if it makes more sense.
How do you handle data and privacy?
We treat your business data with full confidentiality. All team members sign NDAs and we follow clear security protocols when accessing your tools and platforms. You’re always in control of permissions and access.
What does the setup process look like?
We’ll start with a discovery call to understand your current systems and goals. From there, we’ll recommend improvements or automations, and gradually implement them with your approval. You’ll always know what’s happening, and we’ll handle the heavy lifting.
