Clients may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Rendered: If the service was not initiated or delivered within the agreed timeframe due to an issue on our end.

     

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service.

     

  • Cancelled Before Commencement: If you cancel a service before our team has begun working on it.

     

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind or non-usage of the service after purchase.

     

  • Partially Used Services: No refund will be given for services that have been partially delivered or used.

     

  • Client Delay or Non-Responsiveness: If project delays are caused by client inactivity, missed deadlines, or lack of communication, a refund is not applicable.

     

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must:

  • Submit a written request to finance@zentrixassist.com within 7 days of the service issue.

     

  • Include the service details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.

     

We will assess your request and notify you of the decision within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding service delivery or refund eligibility, Zentrix Assist will work with the client in good faith to reach an amicable resolution.

6. Policy Changes

Zentrix Assist reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or on our website.
